Birth circles. What are they? Who would attend them? Are they only for newly postpartum moms or for someone who has had a difficult birth experience?

Less crystals and more community, birth circles are for women of all ages and places in life. It is a space to be open, be vulnerable and share thoughts and fears that may not otherwise have a safe place to land and be held.
